Segafredo truly controls every aspect of the coffee making process from growing the beans, to roasting, to making the coffee with equipment made by Segafredo, by baristas in cafes trained by the largest roaster in the world.

The second big factor that differentiates Segafredo from the competition is their roasting process. There are two types of roasting, drum or barrel roasting as it is often called, and air roasting. Segafredo is the largest air roaster in the world. Air roasting insures that the beans are never burned on the outside during the roasting process, resulting in smooth tasting coffee no matter how dark or strong the roast is.
